Conference Championship Title

Getting to the conference championship is a big thing for this school and I am happy to get to this title. Now we must take this championship. It has taken us three years to get here and I think we have earned the right to be able to play for this title. I am happy for this university, for the players and coaches. Now in order to achieve these goals that we as a team have set, we must go out and when this championship. We must also head to Memphis for the Liberty Bowl.

Favorite T.V.Shows

Well I have a lot of favorite t.v. shows and some of them are The Mentalist, House, Criminal Minds, all of the CSIs, Smallville, Supernatural. Thats just some of them. These are great shows that are on t.v. right now and I try to watch all of them, thats why I'm glad to have tivo...lol. But as you can see I like watching television and also enjoying reading too. Out of all these shows I would have to say Criminal Minds is my favorite because eventhough its a cop show I like the way they do the show and at the beginning of each show they say a famous qoute from someone. But these are my shows and I enjoy my monday and tuesday nights.

Cold Weather

Its the beginning of the fall weather and the its starting to get colder. I'm a person thats likes the cold weather for some reason. I'm a person that does not like to be hot, eventhough I don't mind the summer time hot weather but I think I would prefer the cold. I like dressing to put more clothes on because it sometimes I don't want to wear matching socks sometimes or my shirt may have a stain from what I was eating earlier and I can just put a sweat shirt on the top of it to cover it up. But all in all I like the cold weather also because I'm not a big fan of shorts and I wear jean pants all the time. I like when the seasons change and how the leaves change on the trees and how you must put on warmer clothes.

First Blog

The East Carolina University pirates beat West Virginia 24-3. The was the first time since 2001 that West Virginia had not scored a touchdown. It was a big win for the pirates and now they are ranked #14 in the country. Seeing the crown rush the field on a big win like that was incredible, it was something like winning the championship. As a player it was a great feeling knowing that we made the pirate nation very happy and that was the first time that I ever experienced something like that. Having people congratulate you after walking out of the wieght room facility was also a great feeling. Holding a high power offense to 3 points is great too. Being a defensive player it makes me feel like we can hold any team to not scoring a touchdown. But on a not so good note some of the fans who rushed the field were hurt by the police officers and that wasnt a good thing. After a big win like that our fans should be able to enjoy it as much as the players did but its not my place to act upon that because I am representing more than myself being an ECU football player. But I love East Carolina University, I love our fan base, and I love being an ECU football player.
